All our buffets are freshly prepared and as well as traditional buffet
fayre we can offer something really different such as our hugely popular

Basil and Sweet Chili Sauce and Mini Duck and Hoisin Wraps....to name but a few!
Where we really excel though is in our garnishing, and if you are really
looking to impress we can adorn your buffets with Apple Birds, Tomato Roses,
Turned Mushrooms, Celery Curls, Cucumber Crabs and Onion Chrysanthemums,
