Sandwich delivery terms and conditions

A minimum order of £10.00 is required to avoid delivery costs. All orders will receive e-mail or telephone confirmation - if you do not receive confirmation please call us on 01908 566904.

1 hour notice is required for all internet orders. All errors will be rectified by our sales team on 01908 566904.

Corporate buffet terms

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required on all buffet orders. A minimum order of 4 persons required.

All buffets are presented on silver platters. The empty platters will remain the responsibility of the customer until collection by our staff. All platters are property of Planet Sandwich.

You may cancel your buffet order at any time up to 8:30am on the day of your order. Any orders cancelled after this time will be charged a 10% cancellation fee.
